1Toe tip exercise

Benefit:Strengthen calf and foot bottom muscle which helps arch development

Instruction:Raise your heels and stand up with toe tip for 5 seconds. Then slowly return to ground. Repeat 10 times.

2Toe exercise

Benefit:Strengthen foot bottom muscle which helps arch development

Instruction:Use toe to grab material such as towel and marbels. Hold them for 5 seconds and release. Repeat 10 times.

3Bouncing exercise

Benefit:Strengthen calf and foot bottom muscle which helps arch development

Instruction:Doing bouncing exercises such as rope jumping and playing basketball.

4Arch rod exercise

Benefit︰Massage foot bottom muscle to relieve foot fatigue

Instruction︰Sit on chair and put your foot on top of arch rod. Roll your foot from forefoot to heel repeatedly. Be careful not to massage forcefully the same position too long. Approximately 5 minutes daily.

5Stretching calf muscle exercise

Benefit︰Effective in relieving calf and foot fatigue

Instruction︰Stand on floor with one leg in front of the other. Bend your front leg and straighten your hind leg. Lower your body slowly until your small leg feels stretched. Hold it for 10 seconds and repeat it 10 times.
