Business Development Assistant
Job Requirements: 2 years working experience in sales field is preferable;

From 5 or above;

Data entry and filing;


Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, hardworking;

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
Job Description: Responsible for sales and administration activities including pre-sales and post sales coordination.

Help in market research.

Job Requirements: Form 5 or above

Property Officer
Job Requirements: High Diploma or higher qualification, preferable in Surveying, Real Estate, Property/Facility Management or related discipline

2 years or above experience in leasing or property management

Mature with strong negotiation skills

Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Job Description: Assist in tenancy/license administration including negotiation on leasing terms, fit-out and maintenance

Liaise with Property Management Office, contractors/vendors and internal departments for shop fitting-out & maintenance projects

Assist in manage project work schedule & budgeting

Help in market research, formulate and execute leasing strategies

Provide efficient, accurate and responsive administrative support to the team

Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Training Officer
Job Requirements: At least 2 years’ solid training experience such as delivery of sales and customer services training

Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or Health related disciplines are preferable

Strong in planning, organizing and designing training programs

Good facilitation, presentation skill & communication skills

Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, hardworking & detail-minded

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing.
Job Description: Design, organize and deliver in-house training and development programs for our frontline staff, such as communication skill, customer services etc

Implement and conduct on-site training and field coaching for our frontline staff

Evaluate training effectiveness and service performance of staff
