Training Officer / Assistant Training Officer

Job duties:

  • Support to design, organize and deliver in-house training and development programs for our frontline staff, such as communication skill, customer services etc.;
  • Implement and conduct on-site training and field coaching for our frontline staff ;
  • Update and manage training contents and materials to ensure effectiveness and alignment with operations objectives;

Shopper Marketing Executive

As a Shopper Marketing Executive, you will be externally facing and sit at the heart of the business, working closely with the team to develop insight-led activations, which build the brands and influence shoppers at the point of purchase. We work in an agile manner, meaning you will need to be adaptable, depending on where the biggest priorities lie, concentrating your efforts to meet key project deliverables across the Shopper Marketing team.

The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with numerous stakeholders across product, marketing, operation, specialist, and creative.

  1. Develop and land truly differentiated brand activations across the shop for the biggest projects that deliver something different for the shoppers.
  2. Harness relevant shopper insights and turn into strategic actions.
  3. Understand the market dynamics and strategy & put the shopper at the centre of what we do.
  4. Engage stakeholders, working with agencies, colleagues, and experts.
  5. Track and evaluate activations and ensure that learnings are shared internally, delivering against KPl’s and driving return on marketing investment.
  6. Use data to understand shopper and category dynamics to enhance insights.
  7. Stay current with new ways of shopping and media associated with an omnichannel world through regular store visits and online walk-throughs.
  8. Strong budget management skills, ensuring campaigns are executed to budget and with accurate forecasts, as well as the ability to raise Purchase Orders.
  9. Develop POP material and work with operation teams to execute it in stores.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines with at least 2 year’s relevant work experience
  • Detail-minded, proactive, attentive, positive, independent, customer-oriented with good teamwork
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, numerical & analysis skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
