Quality Tourism Services Scheme is established by Hong Kong Tourism Board. It accredits retail shops, restauraunts and accomodations which offer high quality of services.
The “Quality Tourism Services” scheme is launched by the Hong Kong Tourism Board to award certification to retail, restaurant, and accommodation establishments that provide quality services. The Tourism Board has commissioned independent professional consultants to develop and execute evaluation criteria. Every year, certified establishments undergo on-site assessments and multiple mystery shopper visits to provide a comprehensive and objective assessment of their service standards. The scheme aims to enhance the recognition of the establishments’ services and products among tourists and customers. Dr. Kong has been honored with this recognition for over ten consecutive years.
